Been awhile, eh?

Uhm. Yeah..been awhile since I've written.

Since December. Gosh.

Well happy 2010! Twenty-ten. Yes, that's the correct way to say it.  Plus Two thousand ten just takes too long!

Lets see what's going on..

In January my friend found out her husband is a lying cheating bastard. Yup, he started cheating on her a few months after their marriage! Fucker.  That was the wedding I was in ..in 2008. And that was a HUGE shock. Goodness. So shocked. They were together for 9 years! Ugh. Hate him.  

Other wedding news..

My brother and his fiancee are finally getting married. April 3rd. Just parents invited though. Weird. I know. But I'm sorta glad that I don't have to go since I don't particularly like Phyllis (the fiancee).  AND they're moving closer to us. Just the next town over, maybe a 20-25 minute drive from my house. So...yeah. All in the same weekend (Easter weekend), brilliant, right?

I started making jewelry!  I've given away some.  I actually started making it because on Vampire Diaries the main female character was wearing a super cool lariat necklace and nobody could find it. So I started making them. Then I became obsessed. Selling online and in the store I work at (well soon I hope).

Otherwise I'm just mostly working weekends. Though I've picked up some days this month cause there's so much going on.  

Fashion news:

Butterflies and flowers will be HUGE this year. Yellows, purple, and neutrals huge as well. As well as pastels.  And coral.

I'm going to try and get into photography again. My dad gave me his old Minolta. I LOVE it.  I just need to find my old tripod and I think I threw my shutter release away. Woops.  

I'm going to try really hard to start reading everyone's blogs again! I feel so out of touch with people and it makes me sad. I miss knowing what's going on!  Aargh.

It's raining.

I LOVE it.

I missed it SO much while living down South. But I really miss San Diego.  Ugh.

Yeah, so I've decided to start a business.  Just a computer tutoring thing for email/social networking/etc. And cell phones.

Selling a bunch of Bebe stuff. That's going great.

Work sucks. My hours have significantly been cut.  Hence the new business.

Yeah..haven't updated in forever.

Oh well.

My birthday is in TEN DAYS!

Yay.

WTF? Seriously. Just. Shut. Up.

Why do people feel the need to discuss a web site they're not even on anymore?

Irks me.

I also love seeing people I've NEVER seen discuss matters like they're all high and mighty.  Excuse me, where were you when the switch happened?  Stop judging what you don't understand.  Everyone's situation with 3.0 is different. Different interactions with the higher ups, but the same rude and disrespectful responses (for the most part).  And I feel like I've taken a lot of the brunt from B and A.  Because I feel like I was the most outspoken about my disdain of 3.0 and has repeatedly been targeted. But whatever, I can take that, it's just annoying to deal with other people being so judgmental about situations they weren't in with the aftermath of the change.

ANYHOW.

I'm done with those web sites.

So on to my Tuesday.

Went to Santa Rosa. Met my sister at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. Went to Borders, didn't have enough time to pick up the gift or I'd be late meeting Adrienne. So I was in a long line but got out to leave.  Get to Adrienne's office. She's late, and I wasn't about to leave my car in a ghetto parking lot. So I drove up the block to the Home Depot/Lucky/Wells Fargo shopping center. Left my car there. Adrienne picks me up. We leave to go to Korbel.  Get there at 4:35pm. And we find out they're CLOSED.

What.
The.
Fuck.

I was suppose to get five bottles of champagne! Ugh.  Oh well.  I'm over it.  Bastards web site is wrong, says they're open til 5pm.  FIVE.  So frustrated and cranky after that.

So we get back to SR. Get my car. Go to dinner at this Chinese place. Twas good.

Got home. Watched the rest of last week's Glee. SO good. I love that show, it's such a feel-good one hour each week.  The music's great, the acting, the issues. Just fabulous.

Otherwise. Nothing exciting going on.  The boutique I work at is going to be staying open til 8 through the holidays. FML. I hated doing that during the summer and now it'll be all dark. Ugh.  Oh well.

I also have the ugliest vintage coats EVER. You'll see those tomorrow.  You really won't believe the ugliness. Til tomorrow!

Must Be Stoopid Today

I swear to god. Today it was "I am stoopid" or "I have no personality" day.

I went to Santa Rosa to meet up Ammarah for lunch.  So that was fine, we chatted for awhile.  Went down a few stores to the At&t store to look at phones. Ammarah wanted to show me the phones she's looking at. I don't see how people can have crapass At&t. When we went in nobody greeted us or even asked if we needed help! WTF?! Verizon they are always SO nice and helpful. So a big FUCK YOU to At&t.

Afterwards we ran down to Borders to see how much Sarah Palin's book: Going Rogue was. That friggen book is $28.99, and was 40% off, but I think I'm just going to get it on Amazon instead.

I bought a cat book for Julie for Xmas. It was on sale for $3.99! What a bargain! So I'm waiting in line, and the guy calls me next to the cashier. Okay, so I'm walking up slowly because there's this old lady trying to put her shit together and she walks away and leaves her PURSE on the counter! I'm like "Uhm, ma'am your purse!" BUT before that the guy is just staring at the old lady looks at me and just puts his hand out for me to hand him the book. And then finally after the lady left with her purse, he's like RUSHING me. CALM THE FUCK DOWN DUDE. So there's a line. They can wait. It's called patience.  And then he just leaves the book near him so I had to REACH OVER and grab it. SERIOUSLY?! WTF.

Anyhow. So Ammarah and I are waiting for Happy Hour to start at 3pm so we can get something hot to drink because my throat is still bothering me. So anyhow, we order, and you could NOT see the Happy Hour sign, and we both got small Peppermint mochas. So fine, whatever, the girl is making our drinks and we finally see the sigh (which was half covered by a stupid X-mas bulb tree). And I'm like "Great, we just paid 6 bucks for our coffees when we could have MEDIUMS at $2 each. WTF"  Then the girl asks us if we want whipped cream. I said no, and Ammarah said yes. So the girl precedes to put the whipping cream on, and the chocolate syrup, and crushed peppermints.  What does she put on mine? NOTHING. WTF. Just because I said no to the whipped cream you don't put that on mine? Okay...

So finally we're back out in my car, and I'm sipping my drink and I cannot taste ANY peppermint.  So I'm like WTF.  She can't either so we take it back in and return it. And the girl who made them is like "Do you want me to make you new ones".............uhm...NO you idiot if you can't make it right the first time why would I want you to try again? GIMME MY MONEY BACK.  Okay, and so then the other girl at the cashier is asking me for my receipt and I'm like "you didn't give one to me because I paid with perfect change" so then she's like "Well i have to get the manager to approve." So...we're WAITING......................

Finally we get our money back.  SERIOUSLY! W T F.  Ridiculous.

Gosh, I usually don't return ANYTHING like coffee, I'll throw it out, but the cashier was SO just indifferent and non-personable.  So it's like, Do I really want to be that nice? and out of my money? NO.  Ugh.

I won't add my other story because it will just make this even longer and nobody wants that.

I might be going to Marin today to return a sweater I got a Anthropologie.  Yeah...then Trivia tonight! GO EPIC FAIL! (That's our team name).

My iPod Shuffle.  I named him Mr. Sparkle.  I was going to sell him, but I decided that since it was such a freaking ordeal to even get him I should keep him instead.  So now he's charging.

I was so excited when FedEx came and I got that little box!

I almost gagged when I saw Andre's icky name on the "Sold To" part. GAGGGGG.

Ugh, seriously hate that guy. Can't understand his shitty English. HELLO YOU'RE THE CEO OF AN AMERICAN WEB SITE!  Stupid stupid stupid.

Anyhow. Worked today from 2-6.  It was fab.  Since it was Veterans Day we were more busy and everyone was really nice.  Love those days. Plus I had some great sales.  Wooooop.

O. M. G. Tho.  Twilight is attacking me. I swear everyone I talk to is talking about the books or the movies. Sheeeeeeesh.  AND then I got an email from Borders about a Special New Moon something or other. AS IF I care.

I might go to Napa Outlets..hmm. Ponder ponder.

I'm obsessed with Farmville now. It's horrible. I blame Wench.

Weekend Fun- But Not Really

Okay, my weekend wasn't that fun. I just worked 10-6 each day.

Saturday was a great day, money wise. People were uber nice.  Always the weirdos though. Ugh, people are slobby whores.

So, last night I started having a breakdown. Breakdown's over though. I just keep stressing about money! I owe my dad another $120 bucks.  Ugh, so that'll leave me almost no money left in my checking. FML.

It's okay though. Everything will work out.

I'm almost caught up on Ugly Betty.  Yay!

I hate the stupid World Series. hate the phillies and yankees. Gosh, you're ruining Glee!

Supposedly bylines should return tomorrow?  Andre could just be lying to his staff though. We'll see.

Work yesterday was pretty boring.  Things are not good. I'm afraid to get a call asking me not to work tomorrow.  I really don't want an office job, so I'm SO reluctant to apply to those types of classifieds. UGH.  I'm not totally desperate yet though. Okay, must stop thinking about it.

I think I'll go watch Castle now. Cheer me up from this stupid 'entry'? Is that what they call it in blog world? Or  just..a new blog?

Ohh, funny though. I became a "Supporter of Sarah Palin" yesterday on facebook, which got an immidiate "say what?" I LOVE  Love  love her. And I'm dead serious.

I had today off, my dog woke me up at 6:30am. That was fun. I went back to sleep and woke up to a coughing attack.  I could not stop coughing for the life of me. But I'm not sick or anything. I refuse to get sick!

I watched some episodes of Ugly Betty. I'm on the last disc of season 3. Yay! I can finally catch up and be current.

Unexciting Halloween

Halloween! (Pumpkin my brother Nic carved, can you tell what it is?)

Totally unexciting.  My brother, Charlie, and his fiancee, Phyllis came down from Folsom.  They were going to a party in Marin I think? I don't know where it was...plus my other brother was going.

Anyways, yeah.  I just hung around, my brother, Charlie, fixed my computer I think. He did a clean install of Windows 7, and so far it is running much better. So I really hope I don't have any more real issues.  ::crosses fingers::

Lara came over around 6:45pmish.  We grabbed dinner and came back and just chatted and watched Twilight.  She's trying to get me to read the books, but I refuse. I will never read those damn books.  Plus I'll have to pay Adrienne (Wench One) $100! So..no way.  It was nice to just chill out at home.  I don't have very much money and going to San Francisco would have been a nightmare since the Bay Bridge is still closed. It takes hours to get there when it should only be about 45 minutes from my house. And only about a half hour from Petaluma, but Josh who works in San Francisco left yesterday at 6pm, got to SF after 8pm! Ridiculous.

Work today! 10am-6pm.  Yay...except not.  I have to work with Wendy! I hate working with her.  She can be nice but she asks 50 billion questions and is the biggest damn gossip! Ridiculousness!

Oh! Yesterday, I did get a phone call from the kids I nannied in SD.  They're so cute.  They left a voicemail, and it was just fabulous. I miss them. I need to move back to San Diego! I miss it. Plus it is getting super cold here at night. Low 40s! Not cool!

We only got about 20 kids at our house. It was sad, and nobody showed up until about 8! Sad..

Anyways, it's really 11:22 PM (Saturday). And I need to go to sleep.

How is everybody!?


Work on Friday was so boring!  Got there at noon.  It was so dead, nobody shopping.  The Champions Golf thing is this weekend, so hopefully things will pick up.  Weirdos came in.  I hate women sometimes. They're such slobs! 


Example of one lady today:


She tried on several jackets.  Which all buttoned up.  And, instead of being polite, she just left them all messy on the hangers and unbuttoned. I don't understand.  It's not that freaking difficult to just button something that was originally buttoned. Women are slobs.  AND she didn't buy anything. We're a boutique for shit's sake. Fuck around at Nordstrom's, but don't do it at a small business! 


Left work at 4:30pm. I know, only 4.5 hours. Shitty as hell.


Wench aka Adrienne had been texting me all day. Told me that 3.0 was going live on Monday! Although I had been told that it was going live in December! So that was depressing. Oh well, so I decided to spiff up this here blog. I think it's turned out pretty nicely.  As you can tell I absolutely adore the color pink, in almost any shade.


Our neighbors behind us had this beautiful white lab on their back balcony and the poor thing was barking. For forever! It was ridiculous, and it was sad! And the shitter is, the neighbors were AT home! I hate people! Apparently, the lady was temporarily dog sitting for the evening while some friend got their car towed, and the dog doesn't get along with her three fugly dogs.  


If someone was dog sitting for you, would you be happy that she left your dog outside for hours while barking and crying? I mean, literally for HOURS from 4 to 9pm. In the dark and cold.  I would want to smack any one of my friends if they did that.  Just utterly wrong.


Friday night JC called to invite me to go to San Francisco tonight.  I already have plans with Lara to just chill out and hang at my house though. As much as I love San Fran, and drinking, I don't think it's a good idea to drink and go out with the boss's daughter and then work at 10am the next day.  


So, that was my Friday. Exciting, eh?

Friday - October 30, 2009

It's really sad to have to start a brand new blog.  I just..ugh.

It's ridiculous.

When you've written 1856 (that is over five years of my life!) days of your life and then POOF you have to let that go.  Makes me depressed, bitter, and frustrated as hell.

Anyhow...

I've been really worrying about money lately.

My hours at work just got cut, and I don't know how I'm going to start paying for my loan in December.  It's just going to hurt for awhile, but oh well.  I'll get through it okay.

I haven't been sleeping very well lately though. Which is a huge pain. Gizmo's been sick the past couple of days but I think he's okay now.

I need to get Adobe Dreamweaver to make my own website, too bad it's so expensive though!  Hmph, I know someone who has it though...

Anyways, I'm babbling.

Hey Blogheads! This my first official blog on Google. Yippee.

So..Monday

I worked all day. Busy morning, but the rest of the day was DEAD! It was AWFUL! Ugh. So bored. I vacuumed, cleaned, organized shit, fixed jewelry. Such freaks came in. Weird.

Tuesday

Went wine tasting! Met Kim at 3pm, at the place her boyfriend works. We had quite a bit of wine. I had about two glasses of wine for everyone one that Kim had  

So I had a lot. Then Mackenzie showed up, we went to the Pub. Had drinks. I had two, because the lady who made it makes them awful, so Steve, the real bartender made me another which was WAY better. So I got two for one  I'm not a drunk or anything

So then we went to another wine tasting place. Had three tastings there and then to the last Farmers Market this year.

Twas fun. Kenzie's boyfriend showed up, and Yahayra showed up too. We all just BSed, but then it was cold and windy so we went our separate ways.

Drove home. Yeah..just futzin' around online on and off. Watched some Ugly Betty.

Caught up on news. Unbelievable about the Bay Bridge being closed indefinitely. Good thing I don't commute or anything.

Uhm, lets see.

My brother is having heart issues  He went to the ER early Tuesday morning, around 4:15 amish. So that sucks. He's been having heart issues for the last few months. He's on medication and everything but nothing seems to really be helping. ::sigh:: 


So yeah. That's life.

I'm going to Trivia tonight. Yay. Wench is coming. And Yahyra, and Josh and Lara. Lara called me saying Josh needed to go. Lol. So yeah, wench's first Trivia in a long time. WOOP!
